We can’t imagine contributing to the destruction of what nature has created in the mountains. That’s why all our investments are built with the natural environment in mind, including care for the animals living in the mountains. We want to be a proud Partner of the Zakopane Eco Certificate.

PHOTOVOLTAICS AND ELECTRIC HEATING

Each of the buildings will be equipped with a photovoltaic installation as standard, which will ensure lower maintenance costs. We do not use gas heating. We build bio fireplaces, which allows us to maintain net zero emissions.

PRESERVING BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE SURFACES

We use gravel and openwork surfaces that have a natural impact on rainwater management.

RAINWATER COLLECTION SYSTEMS

We store rainwater and use it for systematic garden irrigation.

NATURAL ANIMAL REFUGES

We build birdhouses, hedgehog houses and animal feeders.

ECOLOGICALLY FRIENDLY CLEANING PRODUCTS

We only use biodegradable cleaning products, we do not use salt for snow removal, and we use ecologically sound fertilizers.

WELL-THOUGHT-OUT WASTE MANAGEMENT

We segregate waste and minimize trash generation.
