The Second Home concept is directed at people who would love to create a haven for themselves in the mountains in accordance with their taste and expectations. Our contribution to the realization of this desire lies in sparing you the trouble of searching for the best location, completing the entire design and construction process, and turnkey finishing your home. If the homeowner so wishes, we also provide year-round management services consisting of looking after the property, performing ongoing maintenance and garden work or snow removal. We’re confident that you will spend plenty of unique moments in your new mountain home :)

A traditional highlander wooden log cabin, a modern timber-frame barn residence with hand-carved ornaments, or a house made of flat wooden logs? We can meet virtually any requirements. You can choose from the ready designs we have available, or order an individual architectural design from us.

How does it work?

You reach out to us

We can complete the initial questionnaire together to get to know your expectations, and then we will enter you on the list of our investors (we guarantee complete confidentiality).

We search for real estate

There isn’t much interesting land in Zakopane and the surrounding area, so if we find something worthwhile, you’ll most probably have to act fast

We sign a contract

First of all, we will have to sign a land purchase contract. At the same time, we will determine the next steps, the investment schedule and the estimated overall budget. Usually, the entire process takes from 18 to 24 months, and for renovated buildings, it may take up to 12 months

We purchase the real estate

We kick off the investment process by purchasing land. All formalities will be taken care of by us

We develop an architectural design and industry designs

If you expect to receive a unique architectural design of the house’s form and interior, you can benefit from our experience and the knowledge of recognized architects. However, you can also opt for one of our “ready-made” designs

We obtain a building permit

On your behalf, we prepare a complete set of documents as a substitute investor and we’ll take care of all formalities related to obtaining a building permit

We take care of the utility infrastructure of the plot and we level the land

In the mountains, this stage is often underestimated by investors. We will design all installations (sewage, water supply, electricity and photovoltaic installations), we will also obtain the necessary permits and supervise the implementation of the utility infrastructure of the plot. Due to the large differences in ground levels, geological surveys and the preparation of the land for the investment are very important

We carry out the construction process on a turnkey basis

We work with trusted contractors to carry out the entire construction process on a turnkey basis, including the interior furnishings and landscaping, in addition to building swimming pools and playgrounds
